Welcome to Beardo Marketing. If you’re here, you’re either about to become a client, already are one, or you're stalking the competition (we see you 👀). Either way, these are the rules.
By using our website or working with us, you agree to the terms below.
We provide marketing services including but not limited to:
Advertising strategy and media buyingFunnel and website designCopywriting and creative developmentCRM and automation setupLead generation campaigns
Details of each service are scoped in our individual client agreements or proposals.
You must:
Be 18 or olderBe authorized to make decisions for your businessNot be trying to reverse-engineer our systems or play copyright cop
If you’re just browsing the site, that’s cool too. Just don’t steal our content. We’ll know.
All service fees are outlined in your agreement.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance.Ad spend is paid directly to the platform (Meta, Google, etc.) and is separate from our fees.Late payments may result in a late fee or a pause in services.
No refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.
We bring the heat—but marketing isn't magic.
We don’t guarantee specific results, ROI, or lead counts. Variables like your offer, follow-up, sales team, and market demand all matter. We’ll do our part, but you’ve got to do yours too.
We own everything we create
until you’ve paid in full—then you only get the rights to use it for what we create while were contracted partners.
You can’t resell, redistribute, or pass our work off as your own agency’s. Be cool.
Minimum contract terms apply (usually 4 months unless stated otherwise).
Early termination = full payment of the remaining terms.
We reserve the right to cancel our contract with you if:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in the State of Ohio.
